How much should I drink?

I’m a 36-year old male in decent shape. Should I have one alcoholic drink every evening to reduce the likelihood of cardiovascular diseases and heart attacks? There’s no history of that in my family, but is it a good idea anyway? Or should I wait until I’m older to do that? Can Naserel or Flonase cause problems in your nose if nothing was wrong in first place?
