Can Naserel or Flonase cause problems in your nose if nothing was wrong in first place?

Though I had sinus problems and Have been using Naserel. Now my nose feels like its always on fire. My upper lip and nose is always red too. Psuedo ephdrine seems to help a little. Sometimes when I breathe out my nose, i get a little lightheaded. Im an exsmoker and think its some kind of cardiovascular disease. Any thoughts suggestion? and no I dont smoke anymore

    You should talk to your doctor. Sounds like you’re having an allergic reaction which could turn extremely serious if you don’t get it checked.

    It sounds like you’re having a allergic reaction to the nasal spray. I’d definitely stop using it and go see your dr.

    i agree dr. but in the mean time try a simple otc (over the counter) saline spray to help with the burning and redness.
