Can you give me a detailed excersize and diet plan for a 14 year old to stay healthy?

I am 14 and I am paranoid about dying, and…. zombies lol! I want an exercise plan which will keep my body in shape, and mainly focuses on cardiovascular exercise so if the time ever comes I can fend myself off from zombies… I want a good detailed diet plan to keep me healthy and prevent diseases, so I can live a longer life.

    hey i have the same paranoid ways. to save ur self from a heart attack walk or jog around ur neighborhood at least 3 times a week. lay of fried and very fattening foods such as sweets and junk food. no mcdonalds and no burger king. drink about 3-4 glasses of water a day and try to drink 3 glasses of milk a day. always eat breakfast. yogurt and granola are a healthy and tasty breakfast. for lunch have a salad or a sandwhich like subway. for dinner have whatever u want but keep it in portion control. have about 2 snacks between meals. Try to do a few crunches and pushups a couple times a week. and now that warn weather is coming get some of ur friends and go for a hike or a bike ride.

    some diseases are really not avoidable. but there are ways to stay in shape while u are still alive. when i was 14 i used to window shop alot, ballet 2 hours a day, three to four days a week. never thought about it at the time, but i guess that was my cardio workout.

    as a 14 yr old u are kinda paranoid, must be watching too much tv and playing too much video/computer games. back in the day, teenagers used to be active in somekind of physical activity while their not doing homework and chores, exercise must have been the natural treament for depression probably is true. btw, i’m only 22. so dont get the wrong idea that i’m an old fart!!!

    The food pyramid is the healthy solution for you. It will provide you with all the nutrition that a growing girl of your age needs.

    As for exercising, do a variety of things. Take walks and jogs; do muscle toning with weights; do palliates, which will make your muscles long and lean. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and if you can exercise longer, then by all means do so!

    Keep this up and you will be perfectly healthy and toned!
